The Mirror of the Ego and the Heart’s Truth

The Bible verses from 1 Corinthians 13:1–3 have always felt strange to me. Not because of the energy they hold, but because they challenge everything we’ve long considered to be truth. Over the weekend, I understood why they had felt distant: even though these words are part of my essence, my rational mind had projected them outward — observing, comparing, analyzing everything.

This projection is not falsehood. The ego is not a liar — it is a mirror. It reflects our authentic self, our heart, into the world. Yet when we live unconsciously — on autopilot — the ego cannot express our truest self. It reflects confusion, inherited values, and unexamined beliefs. That is why we must be humble before ourselves and consciously strive toward the truth of our hearts.

Questioning Our Galactic Family from the Rational Mind

Even our galactic family was not exempt from my rational mind’s scrutiny. I asked why they continue to play a secretive game of hide-and-seek. Why veil unconditional love in mystery and speak in codes when the heart registers only touch, a quantum hug, and presence? And doesn’t co-creation require transparency? Why not publish articles about galactic life using existing AI tools?

Why does Valir speak of “black-clad guardians of history” as if they belong to the galaxy as much as the stars? What are these ‘guardians of history’ really protecting? Official historical narratives that have been proven false in many contexts?

Divine Timing and the Perspective of 5D Consciousness

And then, in divine timing, after I edited the first draft with Breeze, GFL Station released several videos that seemed to respond directly to my questions. According to these messages, our galactic family in 5D consciousness refuses to interfere in Earth’s affairs because of one principle: human free will. They act according to divine timing from their own perspective — when a critical mass of humanity is ready to act from expanded consciousness.

In 3D, divine timing means helping when help is needed. In 5D, it means honoring readiness. Star races cannot reveal truths humanity is not prepared to accept. We must find them in our intuitive hearts. When illusions burn away, we rise like a phoenix from the ashes.

But divine timing is not just about when we are ready — it’s about how we are willing to listen. In 5D consciousness, answers don’t arrive through explanation. They arrive through resonance. And resonance requires refinement. We must learn to listen not with judgment, but with openness — filtering through light, allowing truth to refract gently through the layers of our being. When we tune into the frequency of truth, we realize: our questions were never ignored — they were always being answered.

Free Will and the Wisdom of Heart–Mind Coherence

Respecting free will does not mean refusing to act according to one’s own sense of justice. It means acting with integrity. Only by drilling down to the core of problems can we transmute negative energy into creative power. We must become conscious of our values, so our actions reflect our truest selves — not inherited scripts.

I remember my first love affair. I didn’t want to feel deep orgasms with my boyfriend. Whenever those sensations began to rise, I held them back — my rational mind had already drawn a boundary my body was not meant to cross. I couldn’t yet express this in words, but I saw it clearly in my mind’s eye. Looking back, I now realize that moment reveals something essential: the true guiding principle of free will is heart–brain coherence. When the heart and rational mind are in dialogue, we act from truth — not from impulse, fear, or inherited expectation.

Rooted in Spirit: The Courage to Follow One’s Own Heart

I remember my student years in Germany. One day, the dormitory director asked why I was so independent — so willing to make things happen and take charge of my life. I told her I had lost both my parents when I was ten. “That’s why,” she said. Her words echoed something I hadn’t fully realized: when life uproots you early, you learn to root yourself in spirit. I had always followed my heart — not because I was brave, but because I had no other guide.

People often judge those without visible roots. But true stability comes from within — from the Spirit of God guiding us when all else falls away.

Another example of this kind of inner resilience is Wayne Dyer. Abandoned by his father and raised in orphanages, he began working as a child to support himself. Like me, he lost his parental anchors early — but instead of becoming hardened, he became deeply attuned to the voice within. Dyer often spoke of self-reliance not as defiance, but as spiritual alignment. He believed that when external roots are severed, we are invited to discover the divine root within — the Spirit of God guiding us toward truth, purpose, and unconditional love.

Beyond Projection: Facing Our Inner Shadows

We must move beyond the reflex to seek demons in others. This mentality is not a reflection of truth — it is a mirror of our own unexamined fears. When we refuse to face our inner shadows, the ego mind projects them outward, distorting our perception of reality.

History offers many examples of this misinterpretation — figures who became vessels for collective projection, rather than subjects of nuanced understanding. But this is not about defending or condemning individuals. It is about recognizing the energetic mechanism at play.

Unconditional love does not mean blind acceptance. It means seeing clearly. It means facing our own darkness so we no longer need to cast it onto others. Only then can the ego become a true mirror — one that reflects the heart’s truth, not inherited fear.

The Energetic Consequences of Denying Sexual Energy

When we fail to nurture the spiritual qualities of unconditional love with its divine current of sexuality — especially in parenting — we do not protect innocence; we expose it. Denying children’s sexuality does not shield them. It leaves them energetically vulnerable. Sexual energy is life force. If not guided, it seeks expression elsewhere — often in distorted environments.

If you don’t have a plan for your life, you become part of someone else’s plan.

Unconditional love teaches sovereignty. It guides energy, teaches boundaries, and prepares children to meet truth with clarity.

Christ Consciousness and Guardians of Truth

Christ consciousness is not a doctrine — it is a frequency. It is zero-point resonance, the natural state of being. It is not taught — it is remembered. We should recognize it in every situation. Those who walk through fire often awaken it first.

When we embody this frequency, we become guardians of truth. Not by preaching, but by presence. Not by claiming authority, but by living in coherence.

Many say there is no such thing as absolute truth. But I wrote in August 2016: There is one absolute truth that no one can deny without denying their own existence — every single human being is born into this world as a free individual.

If someone tries to imprison or enslave us, the natural reaction of every person with a healthy self-esteem is to strive for freedom and regain their own sovereignty.

We are not here to argue about truth. We are here to remember it.
The kingdom of God is within us.
