Liberation Beyond Slogans

For years, the slogan “Free Palestine!” has echoed as a demand for justice, resistance, and autonomy. But liberation—true, lasting freedom—is not something granted by external forces out of benevolence when conditions are favorable. No one can free another. Not governments, not popular movements, not even our closest supporters.

This truth applies on all levels—from global conflicts to personal struggles and even how we approach everyday life. It is the reason why dependency cannot be broken merely through external intervention. It is why cycles of exploitation repeat themselves, even when the world offers escape routes. Freedom is a conscious choice, not a gift. It transcends politics. It manifests in our energy, our daily choices, and the way we interact with the world around us.

Energy and Ecology of Consciousness

For years, I have wondered why I have not seen a single lily-of-the-valley—Finland’s national flower—even though their green leaves grow abundantly in the summer. The white blossoms have been conspicuously absent. Once, a random stranger tried to sell me freshly picked lilies-of-the-valley for money on my way to the store. “Someone seems unaware that lilies-of-the-valley are a protected plant in Finland,” I thought. Without taking a stance on whether they should be, I would hope that everyone leaves the flowers alone for the enjoyment and delight of others.

This is just one innocent example of the parasitic energy that drains the life force we engage with daily. It is the same energy as cutting down olive trees in Europe to construct temporary shelters. It is not just about the ecological impact but about the energy that affects the collective energy field and our consciousness. Every action influences humanity’s collective energy—either destructively or in a life-sustaining way.

Victimhood and Internal Justice

Many eagerly await the release of the Epstein files, hoping for justice to be served. Others want to see Diddy face consequences and victims receive reparation. But true justice is within us. No one can violate you or make you a victim if you do not allow yourself to be victimized. If you feel like a victim, you have, on some level, made yourself one.

This is not about blaming but recognizing the energetic structures that perpetuate oppression, suffering, and imbalance. Unless we bring justice to ourselves—meaning, liberate ourselves internally—we will remain constantly subject to these destructive forces. Victims attract victim-generating energy. This truth applies not only to our individual development but also slows down humanity’s ascension process and liberation from destructive parasitic forces.

Emotional Intelligence at a Cellular Level—Nature as a Mirror for Change

We are used to thinking of emotional intelligence as a higher form of intelligence, where the heart and brain function in harmony. However, it is not merely a cognitive capacity. Emotional intelligence awakens our physical body and internalizes our understanding at a cellular level. This idea struck me last week while watching a video message from the Pleiadian Valir titled Project Bluebeam – The Cabal’s Final Move. The message resonated not only intellectually but felt as if all my cells were “perking up their ears.”

This “perking up” was not limited to Valir’s message—it seems that even music resonates more deeply within my body. The feeling that the physical body needs to resonate with our understanding is not entirely new to me. I referenced it in a July 2012 article Foretaste of Forthcoming when I wrote that, although the words of the hymn Great Divine Power had echoed inside me for decades, their power had never fully affected my life. The words spoke to me intellectually, but when I wanted them to have their full impact on my life, I wanted to feel their power with every cell of my being.

Emotional Intelligence on Cellular-Level Enables Spontaneous Healing

I wrote about this cellular-level emotional intelligence in March 2014 in the article Emotional Intelligence in Function. In that article, I shared my experience of how, after relaxation exercises, the feeling of paralysis in my body disappeared. It all began with the idea that we must turn our focus inward to achieve a true connection with ourselves. I had a realization that all the marvelous technology developed in the world is nothing compared to the technology within me.

An example of cellular-level emotional intelligence is also reflected in my experience about a month after my stroke in January 1979 when I was lying completely paralyzed in the hospital. Initially, both of my arms were paralyzed. One evening, my then-boyfriend waved goodbye at the door, lifted his hand, and said: “Do the same!” (meaning, raise your hand). Without thinking much about it, I did. My hand rose. It felt as if a “layer of ice” that had been preventing movement suddenly melted away.

Soundhealing

A similar spontaneous healing happened to me in the early 1980s when my ability to speak suddenly became noticeably clearer after listening to Orthodox Christian church music. Traditional church music follows the harmony of Solfeggio sound frequencies, which resonate with our bodies at a cellular level. I wrote about this experience in January 2017 in the article Transforming World.

At the time my speech improved in the 1980s, I knew nothing about Solfeggio sound frequencies. However, their effect is evident, as my experience demonstrates—something I wrote about in the August 2015 article Music Acupuncture.

I listened to a binaural beats music video on YouTube, Advanced Nerve and Cell Regeneration, to detach myself from a week-long writing session. I wanted to completely empty my mind and become the energy of the music. After about 20 minutes of listening, I felt contractions in my lower body as if I was experiencing an orgasm. I genuinely felt sexually aroused, even though there was nothing sexual about the situation. I listened until the end of the video, and my feelings stabilized. This experience showed me how deeply our personal attitudes are embedded in our physical bodies. We can immediately connect with the trillions of cells that sustain bodily functions—intelligent entities that have a direct link to the divine quantum field of the universe. They enable spontaneous healing.

Color as a Vibrational Energy

The real impulse to write the article Transforming World came when I saw pink-colored hepatica flowers in a friend’s backyard. Growing up in the countryside, the nearby forests were covered in hepatica flowers each spring, and they were always blue or violet. So, what caused the color change? I had an intuitive feeling that it was due to a shift in energy vibration.

When hepatica grows in acidic forest soil, it produces its traditional blue or violet flowers. In alkaline soil, however, its color changes. My friend’s backyard was home to flowers that required an alkaline environment. The change in soil composition causes a change in energy vibration. If alkaline soil can alter the color of flowers, how much can our own reality change when we align our energy and our body’s acid-alkaline balance shifts?

Accelerated Time and the Quantum Calendar

I’ve often heard that since 2012, development on Earth has accelerated to the extreme—what used to take years now requires less and less time. I wrote about this in February 2015 in the article Dear Friends, We Are All in the Same Boat. According to the Mayan calendar, on February 10, 2011, we entered the era of universal consciousness, where one year transformed into 20 days.

From Intellectual Processing to Intuitive Action

The chaos of the past decade has made it clearer than ever that we cannot solve the problems we face by relying solely on our intellectual capacities. This shift in consciousness suggests that to achieve a real connection with ourselves and with one another, we must establish a bond not only at an intellectual level but also at a cellular level.

This is the essence of ascension. Ascension is simply about activating DNA, which connects us at a cellular level to the universe’s quantum field—operating in accordance with common sense. It requires only a simple energetic shift from intellectual processing to action mode, where we function instinctively, guided by our intuitive hearts.

When Energy Shifts Reality

Over the years, I have experienced many energetic shifts that have completely altered the course of events. I have written about these experiences in different articles, but perhaps the clearest description is in the chapter Primal Force from the article The Assistant Business and the Chaos It Has Caused.

In that chapter, I share an event from the early 1990s when I was in China, and my ex-husband was acting as my interpreter at the hairdresser because I wasn’t yet proficient enough in Chinese to express what I wanted. When we returned to our lodging, my ex asked how the haircut went. “A bit short, but it will grow back quickly,” I said lightly.

Snapping the Loop — Literally

For some reason, my ex took this as criticism. He began blaming me for not expressing myself clearly, arguing that I was at fault for his poor translation, which led to my hair being cut too short. He didn’t listen to any of my responses but continued his tirade with increasing frustration. It felt like he was too locked into his own emotions to be reasoned with.

At the time, I used a walking cane for support indoors. As I stood in the doorway leaning on my cane, listening to my ex’s angry outburst, I felt my own frustration rising. I slammed my cane onto the floor with all my strength. It snapped in half like a matchstick.

His tirade stopped abruptly. He stared at me in shock. When he recovered, he took one big leap towards me, kicked the broken pieces of the cane against the wall, and yelled, “Goddamn! Now I have to buy you a new cane too!”

Quantum Correction in 30 Seconds

The most recent example of an energy shift happened just a week ago when a home care worker came to help me get into bed and put on a night diaper. It was his first time assisting me, and perhaps he was new to the company. He had likely been instructed by his superiors that I would explain how he should help me.

When it was time for him to put on the night diaper, I showed him a diagram illustrating how to do it. As I lay in bed, it felt as though he had completely forgotten everything I had just explained. He blamed me for not giving him clear enough instructions. I couldn’t understand how he was not able to follow my simple guidance. He didn’t seem to grasp at all what he was doing, and I couldn’t connect with him intellectually.

I took a quick 30-second meditation. Then I said firmly, “Leave. Put the blanket over me and go.” It felt like my words pushed him out of his confused thinking state into a decisive, intuitive action mode.

“No, I have to do this!” he said defiantly. Then, he proceeded exactly as I had instructed—without issues. It was a complete 360-degree shift in attitude.

When he left, I had a pounding headache and felt awful. But later, when I thought about what had happened, the whole situation made me laugh. Instantly, my headache and miserable feeling disappeared.

The Hegelian Loop and the Heart’s Override

Looking more closely at the examples above, a clear pattern emerges—the problem–reaction–solution model (Hegelian Dialectic), which the Deep State and dark forces have used for centuries (or even millennia) to manipulate humanity and maintain control through the parasitic 3D matrix.

The difference is that when well-intentioned people begin to act within the same model, guided by their intuitive hearts, it generates well-being that benefits everyone. I wrote about this in March 2021 in the article Wonderful Future – The Renaissance of Humanity.

Individual Sovereignty and the Failure of Saviorism

True change begins when we activate the power of our own internal energy instead of waiting for external forces to free us from distress. I wrote about this in September 2015 in the article We Do Not Have Human Rights. In this regard, we stand alongside the Palestinians in the same position. We were not granted human rights at birth. When people appeal to their human rights and rely on the goodwill of others, it often only fosters a victim mentality.

The only right we are born with is the right to become acquainted with our truest selves—our intuitive hearts, our internal navigator. Only through that connection can we access the divine energy field. Without this genuine connection, we make ourselves outlaws in a spiritual sense.

The Anneke Lucas Mirror: Co-Creation of Reality

I wrote about this in February 2023 in the article Do We Break the Cycle of Exploitation or Create a Reality That Matches Our Preferences? In it, I share Anneke Lucas’s story: that her mother sold her into an international pedophile ring as a sex slave when she was only six years old. She managed to escape the ring’s grasp at the age of eleven.

I read through various discussion forums to see the reactions her story evoked. In one thread, I saw a skeptic arguing that Anneke was being deceitful. They claimed that her story sounded like a Hollywood script—where events miraculously unfold and, in the end, a saving prince rescues her from danger.

However, Anneke’s escape from unimaginable cruelty was not mere coincidence; her inner strength drew in the person who helped her flee. But the moment she reached freedom was only the beginning. From then on, she was entirely on her own. She consciously followed her inner guidance, remained steadfast in her truth, and shaped her reality according to her most authentic self.

The Requirement of Radical Authenticity

This demand for authenticity does not apply only to our personal lives—it extends to every level of societal interaction. We create our own reality. We are taught to avoid conflicts. Even frustration and anger—often labeled as hatred—are placed on the list of “forbidden” emotions. Even the video messages from our galactic family sometimes send us such warnings. Yet the emotions that rise from within us are the most authentic expressions of who we are.

A week ago, a neighbor told me how difficult it is to find good assistants. I felt gratitude that I had been so fortunate in this regard—sometimes having work relationships that lasted 5-15 years. “It’s not just luck,” an inner voice told me. “The strong foundation of your relationships comes from your tendency to address all conflicts immediately when they arise.” How true. No dispute has ever silenced my inclination to express my most authentic self.

Just as a storm clears the air, standing up for truth—despite fear—clarifies distortions. Humanity stands at a crossroads in this respect. Surely, many others feel as frustrated as I do. I channeled my own frustration into writing the article The Assistant Business and the Chaos It Has Caused.

Compassion Without Collapse

It feels as if our entire benevolent galactic family, whose purpose is to aid humanity in its evolution of consciousness, has fallen into the trap of excessive empathy. I wrote about this pitfall in June 2020 in the article Compassion is not Empathy.

While empathy is fundamentally a good trait, and it is a core essence of a compassionate person, its trap lies in how deeply an empathetic individual lives through the problems of those they help. The vibrational frequency of their own energy lowers to match those they seek to assist. If we allow this to happen, we have nothing to offer those we want to help. Our well-intentioned, endless understanding merely sustains the vicious circle we are meant to liberate people from.

Galactic Promises and Spiritual Maturity

During my worst moments of frustration a couple of years ago, the video messages from our galactic family stopped resonating with me altogether. They felt like nothing more than emotionally charged platitudes, disconnected from reality.

Are we truly expected to trust these cosmic forces that seem unable even to shift collective consciousness away from poisonous influences — from intellectual, passive, flowery thinking mode to intuitive mode of emotional intelligence on cellular level that acts in constructive cooperation?

The End of Saviorism: Stepping into Energetic Sovereignty

In my heart, I believe our galactic family means well. I believe they want to assist, to uplift, to guide. But benevolence alone does not liberate a species. Intent must translate into energetic coherence.

We cannot afford to wait for crystalline technology, medbeds, or broadcasts from the skies. Ascension will not be delivered by ships hovering in higher densities. It will emerge through us—from the inside out.

Let us not drift into spiritual passivity, cloaked in beautiful language and cosmic metaphor. Let us instead radiate like the hepatica blooming in new frequencies—because the soil has changed. Because we changed it.

You are not a victim of energy. You are a generator of it. The field is listening.

Let each act of truth, each breath of intuition, each cellular pulse of integrity become the architecture of the New Earth. One not given to us—but grown through us.
