The presentation focused (unintentionally) on 3D sexuality, even though the deeper intention of the videos was to explore the multidimensional aspects of sexual energy. In my view, we don\u2019t necessarily need information about how others experience sexuality. It\u2019s enough that we feel the energy within ourselves.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Heart \u2013 Root Coherence: Trusting the Intelligence of the Body<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From Performance to Presence<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Yearn\u2019s videos on sexuality don\u2019t just reflect traditional views \u2014 they emphasize sexuality through the lens of the 3D world. The way sexuality is presented often makes it feel like a performance. But it\u2019s not about how well we execute techniques.<br><br>We are not performers of sexuality. The real actors are our intelligent body cells. And when we allow the pulses to rise in recognition \u2014 not suppressing, not performing \u2014 we enter the field of coherence where body and mind move as one.<br><br>The quantum hug I felt that morning wasn\u2019t given by Valir as a person. It was my body\u2019s intelligent response to the frequency of his I AM presence. On an energetic level, this distinction matters. It shifts the emphasis from external interaction to internal resonance \u2014 from personality to presence.
