There are moments in history when humanity quietly shifts. Not through grand declarations or revolutions, but through individuals who rediscover the ancient, steady pulse of their own inner authority. These are the lightbearers — men and women who carry coherence in their very presence, who walk into a space and remind others of what they had forgotten: that clarity, dignity, and luminous strength are not learned but remembered.

I have witnessed this path myself — from the vast silence of the Jordanian desert to the high places of the world where the air is thin and the horizon stretches without end. In those landscapes, stripped of noise and expectation, coherence becomes visible. It becomes a companion. It becomes the compass.

It is found in the hands of the solar mamas — women in rural, non‑infrastructure regions who learn to build solar lighting systems with no prior technical background. They sit in simple workshops, soldering wires with steady hands, bringing literal light to their communities. Their work is a living evangelium: a testament that inner authority does not depend on education, status, or permission. It depends on coherence — the alignment of intention, presence, and action.

These women do not wait for someone to empower them. They are the power. Their coherence lights villages. Our coherence lights worlds.

The Architecture of Incoherence: When Ego Replaces Inner Authority

Incoherence in society does not arise from complexity. It arises from fragile egos. Whenever decisions are shaped by insecurity rather than inner authority, systems become distorted. They begin to serve the preservation of power instead of the needs of people.

A clear example of this can be seen in the documentary Solar Mamas, which follows Rafea Anad — a woman from rural Jordan selected to study solar engineering in India. She was the sole provider for her family, yet every decision about her life was made by others. Her husband, who depended on her, still claimed authority over her choices. When she left for India, he and the children called her repeatedly, pressuring her to return. When she did return, she was allowed to go back only after the Minister of Environment reframed the situation so that her husband could feel he was the one making the decision.

This dynamic is not limited to one culture. It is a universal psychological pattern:
Wrong people cannot say right things. Right things must appear to come from the “right” person.

The same pattern appears in Western workplaces: employees must make the manager feel the idea is theirs; leaders fear hiring people more qualified than themselves; innovation is blocked to protect someone’s sense of importance.

Insecure egos create insecure systems. Systems built on fear — fear of losing control, fear of being overshadowed, fear of being replaced — cannot produce coherent outcomes. They generate bureaucratic absurdities, incoherent logistics, and decisions that protect authority rather than people.
